Happy St. Patrick's Day all. This is a good time to drink some beer, eat some potatoes and corned beef, and remember the great man who brought Christianity to Ireland.
This almost made me spit out my coffee:
"The Easter Bunny could be the mortal enemy of mankind, ready to ascend from his sunken city of R'lyeh and destroy the human race and inaugurate a reign of murder and madness and mayhem."
Yea! James is back in town for a few days. It's been 3 YEARS since I've seen him last. Hanging out all on the east coast because of that silly military duty. He's gone again later this week, but I'm hoping he heads back more often!
So, first week of work. No sweat, as I'm just learning about how to do my job. Lots of meetings, however.
The cool part was that I was just in time for our group's 'quarterly' which, surprise surprise, we do once a quarter. It's a get-together type thingy. We went paintballing, but Darrel said that outdoors is much better than indoors (like the place we went).
I didn't get hit that much, surprising for being a big guy.
